We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have one charity day allocated to support a cause that matters to you.     About you:  You’ll manage and own relationships with a portfolio of our largest and most strategic customers, working closely with internal account teams including executive sponsors and stakeholders from Professional Services, Product, Support, and Customer Success to deliver a standout experience. Your focus will be to delight, retain, and grow these relationships, identifying opportunities to increase customer value and uncover new revenue streams across and beyond the People Division. You’ll be responsible for the full sales process, from opportunity generation to close, supported by presales and consultancy teams, and will use the Access Sales methodology to forecast and drive additional recurring revenue through software subscriptions and services. As a trusted technology partner, you’ll host meetings at all levels, including C-suite, and work to increase retention, consultancy revenue, and NPS scores. By responding promptly to enquiries, sharing insights, and building strong mutual relationships, you’ll contribute to a high-performing, customer-centric team while always working in line with company policies and procedures. Day-to-day, you will:  • A motivated self-starter with a resilient, can-do attitude and the ability to manage complex, multi-product sales cycles • Proven track record of delivering solutions within your target market • Strategic thinker with strong account planning skills and a focus on identifying long-term opportunities • Solid understanding of business processes and best practices • Comfortable working independently or collaboratively as part of a team • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels, including C-suite • Persuasive and confident when presenting ideas and concepts • Strong written communication skills with great attention to detail • Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident using technology to support your work • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as needed  Your skills and experiences might also include:   • Highly credible and confident engaging at C-suite level, with experience managing large, complex customer engagements • Proven field sales experience with success in managing multiple stakeholders and navigating complex deals • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to accurately forecast and structure complex, multiyear contracts • Skilled in negotiating commercial agreements, including intricate terms and conditions • Ideally experienced in HCM or related software sales • Self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative, while also contributing effectively as part of a small, collaborative team • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise a demanding workload • Clear, professional communicator across all channels—phone, email, and written—with strong attention to detail • Builds positive, supportive relationships with colleagues and clients, acting with integrity, loyalty, and honesty • Demonstrates a proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to self-development and continuous learning • Willing and able to travel, including overnight stays when required What are we all about?  The Access Group is one of the largest UK-headquartered providers of business management software to small and mid-sized organisations in the UK, Ireland, USA and Asia Pacific.
