Our team sits within the Access People Division, responsible for delivering new customers onto our PXD platform. We are a team of consultants, who work hard, enjoy working together and truly believe in what we are doing to help customers adopt, use and benefit from our software solutions. To be successful in this role, you need to have a consultancy and/or implementation background ideally with experience working in HR/People Management Software. About you: • You’re passionate about software delivery and committed to helping customers succeed • You enjoy working in a collaborative, supportive team environment • You’re eager to learn and grow your consultancy skills, especially in HR/People Management Software • You’re confident communicating with clients and managing expectations effectively • You’re self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working autonomously Day-to-day, you will: • Deliver Access People software implementations using our methodology, either remotely or on-site • Run user training sessions, create delivery content, and lead client workshops • Manage your project workload to meet timelines and budgets, keeping diaries and assignments up to date • Provide best practice advice and recommend process improvements based on HR industry standards • Collaborate with internal teams and third parties to optimise delivery and communicate client feedback  • Your skills and experiences might also include: • Experience in SaaS consultancy or implementation, ideally in HR or payroll software • Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with desirable knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, or report writing • Ability to present confidently to a range of stakeholders, from end users to C-level • Familiarity with E2E system testing, UAT, and working independently within project frameworks What are we all about?  The Access Group is one of the largest UK-headquartered providers of business management software to small and mid-sized organisations in the UK, Ireland, USA and Asia Pacific.
