Apply to find out more. About you:  We are seeking an experienced Database Performance Architect to join our dynamic team. You will have over 5 years of experience in software and database engineering, with a strong background in database and SQL-based applications. This role requires hands-on experience with databases, including implementation, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. Day-to-day, you will:  • Collaborate with development squads and infrastructure engineers to understand and resolve database performance issues. • Optimise, and troubleshoot databases to ensure high performance and reliability. • Provide analytical and problem-solving expertise to recommend both tactical and strategic solutions. • Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices across the hardware and software stack, particularly in relational databases Your skills and experiences might also include:   • 5+ years of experience in relational databases and applications. SQL Server would be an preferred. • 5+ years of experience in software development. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to go beyond the obvious and recommend effective solutions. • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
