Their expertise in user research, engagement, testing, and design allows them to champion the UX process, aligning it with team objectives. As contributors to UX strategy, they actively participate in decision-making. Their leadership qualities inspire junior team members, facilitate knowledge sharing within the UX community. Their insights and storytelling, showcase their expertise and influence. Day-to-day, you will: •Being proactive and self-sufficient in planning and executing daily tasks, managing multiple work streams, and changing priorities, demonstrating independent problem-solving skills. •Staying up to date with the latest industry developments and bringing new areas of relevance or interest to the wider UX community. •Identifying and highlighting UX opportunities for future work, driving UX initiatives at a product level to have a measurable impact on the experience. •Defining and tracking KPIs measuring success. Active and engaged in the UX community, providing thought leadership and support. •Contributing to our design systems and DesignOps initiatives As a well-rounded Senior UX Designer, your Skills and Experiences will include: •Championing the UX process within the sprint team.
