About you:  Reporting to the Head of Product Security, you will be responsible for advising and supporting teams in implementing security controls for traditional on-premises infrastructure, external infrastructure security which make up our Access Hosted Platforms. Working closely with Infrastructure, Operations, and Product Engineering teams, your role will be to define and embed security best practices across the organisation’s infrastructure, ensuring robust security posture and risk management. Your day-to-day work will include working with teams to define and configure security controls, respond to security incidents, perform vulnerability assessments, and integrate security tooling into on-premises and external infrastructure environments. You’ll focus on infrastructure security, vulnerability management, and access control measures, ensuring the security of our Access Hosted Platforms that underpin some of our Products. Day-to-day, you will:  • Perform infrastructure security assessments, vulnerability analysis, and threat modelling to identify risks • Collaborate with Infrastructure and Operations teams to implement secure access control policies and security measures across on-premise infrastructure • Design and implement security controls for on-premises infrastructure. • Use expertise in vulnerability management to identify, assess, and mitigate security risks Your skills and experiences might also include:   • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in infrastructure security or a related technical role with an emphasis on vulnerability management and secure configuration. • Hands-on experience securing traditional on-premises infrastructure. • Experience with vulnerability scanning and remediation tools for infrastructure (e.g., Nessus, Qualys, Tenable, XPanse etc). • Strong understanding of security frameworks and standards for infrastructure security (e.g., NIST, CIS, PCI-DSS) What are we all about?  The Access Group is one of the largest UK-headquartered providers of business management software to small and mid-sized organisations in the UK, Ireland, USA and Asia Pacific.
