About you:
You have the ambition and drive to achieve and overachieve on sales targets by building good relationships with the prospects and nurturing every opportunity. You have a passion for leading from the front to drive team performance & work with the team to make Access better every day. You love producing innovative ideas to make the Sales Development (& surrounding) team more efficient & higher performing. You are looking to build on your current skill set & develop within your role to form a long-lasting career at Access.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Lead, Coach, and Motivate Team: Guide and mentor Sales Development Representatives to achieve divisional and group pipeline targets, fostering a collaborative and engaging team culture.
• Drive Performance and Strategy: Implement strategic initiatives to enhance divisional performance, manage KPIs, and ensure timely follow-up on sales leads and marketing activities.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing: Partner with leadership to align sales and marketing efforts, supporting event attendance and customer engagement.
• Ensure CRM and Reporting Accuracy: Oversee Salesforce CRM usage for accurate reporting and forecasting, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Experience and Skills: Proficient in Salesforce CRM, Excel, LinkedIn, and using performance reports/tools to optimize team results.
• Leadership and Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting/exceeding quotas, with experience managing Sales Development or Inside Sales teams preferred.
• Self-Starter with Growth Mindset: Motivated, proactive, and focused on continuous improvement of business processes and team performance.
• Strong Communicator and Administrator: Excellent interpersonal skills with strong administrative abilities to manage SLAs and support lead processes.
Key Metrics/Performance Indicators
• Achieve monthly Sales Qualified Lead Targets.
• Achieve weekly/monthly meetings, opportunity, and pipeline targets
• Meet quality standards through the achievement of SLAs and conversion rates
• These may include (but are not limited to):
a) Lead to Opportunity Rate
b) Sales Activities by rep per day.
c) Meetings booked and attended
d) No. of Opportunities
e) Value of Opportunities
f) Volume of Pre-pipeline built
g) Forecast Accuracy & Pipeline Management Adherence
• Achieve a marketing sourced revenue target from deals closed
• Team Engagement scores based on employee satisfaction surveys.
