You should have a deep knowledge of the core principles of SEO, CRO, and UX, along with proven experience in leading positive change while implementing best practices—your results should clearly demonstrate your impact. As a data-driven problem solver, you won’t hesitate to challenge the status quo. You will also have a talent for communicating technical information in a way that is easy for everyone to understand. Day-to-day, you will: • Prioritise onsite conversion strategies to effectively generate leads. • Conduct performance analysis of the website, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement initiatives. • Oversee and implement onsite optimisations and regular content updates to enhance user experience. • Emphasise SEO efforts, focusing on technical enhancements, content quality, and offsite strategies to drive traffic and engagement.   Your skills and experiences might also include: • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on project management and the delivery of technical projects. • Demonstrated data literacy and numeracy skills, enabling accurate and accessible performance reporting. • Proficient in developing and delivering technical and digital requirements, with experience in various CMS platforms and a range of digital tools, including Google Analytics and SEMrush. • Knowledgeable in both technical and on-page/off-page SEO, alongside expertise in UX and onsite optimisation (CRO). What are we all about?  The Access Group is one of the largest UK-headquartered providers of business management software to small and mid-sized organisations in the UK, Ireland, USA and Asia Pacific. It helps more than 100,000 customers across commercial and non-profit sectors become more productive and efficient. Our products and solutions go beyond providing technology, we connect the right people with the right data, at the right time, through Access Workspace.   At Access, we are committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone can thrive. If you're excited about this role, (even if your previous experience doesn't align perfectly), you might just be the perfect fit for us! We wholeheartedly believe in equality for all and the transformative power of diversity. Why not join our vibrant team where you can love what you do, love how you live, and most importantly, be authentically you? Let's make a difference together. Love Work. Love Life. Be You.
