You’re passionate about building great learning experiences, improving adoption of tools and technologies, and supporting global teams to succeed. Day-to-day, you will: Building & Scaling Product Enablement Infrastructure: Develop, maintain, and update Clari Battle Cards for product positioning and objection handling. Build and optimise Clari Groove Cadences, embedding structured messaging into sales workflows. Create and manage LMS courses for global, scalable, on-demand product learning. Design Clari Co-Pilot Leader Scorecards to drive sales coaching, accreditation, and performance tracking. Support the Product Enablement Lead in execution, ensuring alignment of all enablement content, systems, and processes. Scaling Global Technology Enablement: Drive adoption of Clari Co-Pilot, Clari Groove, Consensus, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator within sales teams. Develop always-on enablement resources to help teams maximise these tools. Track technology adoption and ROI to ensure measurable impact. Work closely with Pre-Sales to increase adoption of tools like Consensus and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. LMS & Digital Learning Management: Own and manage LMS content to ensure enablement programs are structured, engaging, and easily accessible. Continuously update and improve LMS courses to align with business and product changes. Develop self-paced enablement programs to support global scalability. Enablement Operations & Execution: Manage enablement operations to ensure seamless execution of global programs. Own enablement communications, follow-ups, and project tracking to keep initiatives on track. Maintain and organise SharePoint and enablement content repositories for easy access to critical materials. Ensure all enablement programs are delivered on time and at scale, with a focus on structure and efficiency. Your skills and experiences might also include: Tech-Savvy & Self-Starters: Comfortable working with Clari Co-Pilot, Clari Groove, Consensus, LMS platforms, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Able to take ownership of learning through vendor content, on-demand training, and hands-on practice to build expertise. Content Creation & Communication: Strong skills in PowerPoint, presentations, video content, and LMS course creation. Able to create clear, engaging enablement materials that resonate with sellers. Project Management & Detail-Oriented: Excellent project managers, organised, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Comfortable working to timelines, taking direction, and keeping enablement projects on track. Bonus Skills: Experience building LMS courses, familiarity with Consensus, Consensus Reach Suite, Clari Co-Pilot, Clari Groove, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Strong video production or instructional design skills are advantageous but not required.Shape What are we all about?
