We’ll work with you to progress your success plan and provide opportunities to accelerate your career.  About you: You will build, develop and maintain strong, long-term strategic relationships with Access’ portfolio of Strategic Accounts, ensuring sales revenues hit targets and we are positioned for continued long-term growth within the assigned customers. You should be very attentive to your customers’ needs and requests on a day-to-day basis, while developing and nurturing relationships with the customers’ group of key C-Level stakeholders, influencers and decision makers to ensure we are positioned within their business as the key strategic partner for the provision of digital transformation technologies. Day-to-day, you will: Manage and grow strategic customer accounts by serving as the main point of contact, deeply understanding their business needs, and driving new business, cross-selling, and upselling to increase product adoption and sales revenue. Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management throughout the sales cycle using CRM tools to ensure targets are met and opportunities are effectively tracked and progressed. Build strong, long-term relationships with C-Level stakeholders to position Access as the trusted strategic partner, collaborate with internal teams to onboard clients efficiently, and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention. Represent Access as a digital transformation expert by leading innovation workshops, attending industry events to promote the company, and providing product feedback to influence future development and client longevity. Your skills and experiences might also include: Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets in new business development and strategic account management, with strong experience managing and growing key accounts. At least 5 years’ experience in the Telecare/Telehealth sector, with deep knowledge of market challenges, drivers, and public sector engagement. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage, present, and influence at C-Level and across all stakeholder levels. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, including end-to-end account management, forecasting, project management, attention to detail, and a self-motivated, results-driven mindset.
