We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to support our fast-growing Sales & Marketing teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in making sure we have effective incentive programs and communication plans, focused on aligning both teams with company goals and values. This role requires excellent communication skills, marketing acumen, an innate understanding of how sales and marketing teams work, and the ability to drive engagement and collaboration among all our people in these two key high-pressure functions.
Reporting to the Central Sales team, you will be comfortable dealing with various roles and levels of seniority and display initiative and ingenuity to get things done.
Day-to-day, you will be responsible for:
Incentive Programs: Design and manage incentive programs to drive employee performance and achieve business objectives.
Employee Recognition: Develop and implement employee recognition programs to boost morale and engagement.
Communication: Communicate compensation and incentive programs effectively to employees, including new hires and existing staff.
Team Communication Strategy: Develop and implement a sales and marketing communication plan that aligns with our objectives and overall business goals.
Performance Management: Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to link compensation to individual and team performance.
Data Analysis: Utilise data and analytics to track the effectiveness of compensation and incentive programs, making adjustments as needed.
