About Venue Finding/DesignMyNight:

DesignMyNight, part of The Access Group, is one of the UKs leading and fastest growing providers of venue sourcing, ticketing, marketing, booking/enquiry management solutions, servicing thousands of bars, clubs, restaurants and event companies across the UK.  We are the ultimate nightlife discovery tool allowing users to discover and book into the best bars, pubs and clubs and buy tickets to the hottest events in the UK. When it comes to finding a top private hire space in London (and soon to be beyond), we have the team for you.  We offer a simple service; we take away the stress of venue finding, sourcing costs, menus and more, giving you time to worry less.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist the Venue Finding Sales Manager in sourcing and booking private venues across the UK
  • Report activity and performance results to Venue Finding Manager
  • Manage a busy pipeline & nurture relationships including customers, venue partners & internal stakeholders
  • Source and pitch venues to customers in line with their event brief
  • Identify, approach and pitched commission agreements to leading and attractive private hire venues.
  • Consistently work to improve processes and customer experience

As a well-rounded Sales Executive, your Skills and Experiences likely include:

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience within the events or hospitality sector, be target driven and willing to learn and grow with the business.

  • Track record of converting inbound leads, meeting & exceeding targets
  • Strong presentation, communication, organisation, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • High-level attention to detail and accuracy
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Adaptable and innovative
