About you:
This specialist role focuses on global programme management and delivery across Access Group's reward function. The successful candidate will have visibility across the global remit, working collaboratively with Regional Reward Advisers to support the implementation of a standardised approach that balances global consistency with regional nuance. This highly programmatic role requires someone with proven experience in global programme delivery using programme management tooling, who will embrace AI to create innovative solutions driving cost efficiency and process improvement. The role holder will conduct global analysis, providing recommendations to streamline policies, processes, and frameworks while supporting the organisation to operate as efficiently and effectively as possible.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Support the progression of major reward projects across the group, ensuring successful delivery through programme management methodologies and tooling
• Collaborate with Regional Reward Advisers to implement a 70:30 standardisation approach, supporting global consistency while accommodating the regional requirements and cultural nuances
• Own the quarterly and annual bonus processes, working collaboratively with Employee Success Business Partners and Regional Reward Leads to ensure seamless execution across all markets
• Own the annual pay planning process, coordinating with Employee Success Business Partners and Regional Reward Leads to deliver comprehensive compensation planning and implementation globally
• Support the partnership with our Global Broker to centralise vendor management and streamline renewals processes across the globe, contributing to operational efficiency and cost optimisation
• Embrace AI technologies and develop innovative solutions to create efficiency across all reward operations and processes
• Collaborate with Regional Reward Advisors on compliance matters from a Group perspective, analysing and providing recommendations on whether initiatives should be adopted globally
• Utilise advanced programme management tools and methodologies to support all global reward initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and achieving desired outcomes
Key performance indicators:
• Successful delivery for global reward projects within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Effective support of 70:30 standardisation approach across all markets
• Quarterly and annual bonus process delivery, accuracy and effectiveness
• Annual pay planning process delivered with accuracy and within timelines
• Efficiencies delivered through AI innovation and process optimisation initiatives
• Vendor management centralisation project including renewals process streamlining
• Programme management excellence using advanced tooling and methodologies
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Bachelor's degree/Honours degree in HR, Business, or related field; with 8+ years progressive experience in programme management and preferably reward/compensation management with proven track record of delivering major programmes
• Experience in owning and delivering global programmes using advanced programme management tooling (e.g. Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar enterprise platforms)
• Exceptional organisational and programmatic thinking abilities with proven capability to manage complex, multi-workstream projects across diverse global markets simultaneously
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to work effectively with Regional Reward Advisers, ESBPs, and senior stakeholders across all organisational levels
• Preferable experience in vendor management and renewals process optimisation, with strong commercial acumen
• Experience in quarterly and annual bonus processes and annual pay planning with experience coordinating complex compensation cycles across multiple markets and stakeholder groups
