We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have one charity day allocated to support a cause that matters to you.     About you:  As a project manager, you will play a crucial role in guiding projects from inception to completion. You will lead and coordinate the project team ensuring everyone including the client is aligned with the project’s goals and objectives. You will convey information on a regular basis to the internal project team, client project team, and key project stakeholders as well as manage key activities to ensure successful project delivery Day-to-day, you will:  • Provide Client education and training on both standard product functionality and customized Client and Team Communication: Acting as the primary contact for both the client and the project team. • Manage each project in accordance with established COINS methodology as well as adhering to other internal processes. This includes (but is not limited to) issue management, risk management, communications management, change control. • Administer all contract financials including project and resource billing, monitoring the status of the project and ensuring accurate reporting of hours, jobs and cost codes. • Set up and manage all project review/status meetings both internally and externally as dictated by the needs of the individual project. • Work directly with the Manager of Project Management, Senior Project Manager or other department manager(s) to define and implement large scale projects (e.g. COINS ERP implementations, major software development projects, etc.) as well as smaller consulting or development assignments. • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.   Your skills and experiences might also include:   • Understanding of project delivery and previous experience of software implementations • Able to manage time to meet deadlines under pressure and with demanding workload • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and respond quickly to situations as they arise • Prior software or project management experience with COINS ERP+, EasyBuild, or other Construction ERP software. • Previous experience of software implementations What are we all about?  The Access Group is one of the largest UK-headquartered providers of business management software to small and mid-sized organisations in the UK, Ireland, USA and Asia Pacific.
