About you: The role of the Project Coordinator centres around the Professional Services sales opportunities and the optimisation of the Professional Services Engineer utilisation. The role requires self-starters due to the volume of new Customer requests and the need to work without direct supervision. This role also requires the individual to provide a liaising function between Customers, Sales, Engineers and key stakeholders. Day-to-day, you will: Provide project coordination on Customer projects/requests across the Professional Services portfolio Have a natural ability for customer relationship building and influencing internal stakeholders Be comfortable coordinating multiple internal and client project resources Be the first point of contact for all internal key stakeholders and Customers for Professional Services opportunities Engage and work with customers from raised request to project/request closure Identify the best resource for project and packets of Professional Services work based on skill set, location and availability and book accordingly Liaise with Customer contacts to manage resource bookings in line with Customer availability and expectation Assist in providing insights in the production of monthly forecasting, revenue & utilisation reporting for Professional Services Update internal systems and reporting mechanisms with relevant booking information, timelines & schedules Work in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures As a well-rounded Project Coordinator, your Skills and Experiences likely include: Previous experience in Project Coordination or similar role desirable Previous experience using Microsoft Office Applications required Proactive works at pace, goal orientated with a strong delivery/milestone focus Excellent communication skills Excellent organisational skills Ability to forward plan Excellent decision-making skills Self-motivated Ability to problem solve Anticipate and address challenges that may arise in daily tasks Communicate effectively with stakeholders to escalate issues as needed and drive resolution What does Access offer you?
