About you As a PMS Onboarding Specialist at Guestline you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality installations and seamless onboarding for new customers, particularly within the DACH region. This role requires a mix of technical configuration, customer relationship management, and project support skills to enhance the onboarding experience and drive smooth transitions to Guestline's platform. Day-to-day, you will: Onboarding and Configuration: Establish strong relationships with customers post-sales to tailor system and configuration requirements. Configure Guestline’s platform components (PMS, Channel Manager, Direct Booking Engine). Provide feedback on the self-service configuration tools to improve usability and customer experience. Implementation Leadership: Oversee key installations and ensure they meet high-quality standards. Engage in database configurations, software installations, and delivering training programs. Act as an escalation point for customer concerns, providing effective post-installation support. Lead installations for corporate and group sector clients, ensuring best practices are consistently applied. Project Coordination and Documentation: Maintain close communication with Project Managers to ensure project progress is tracked, documented, and any issues are reported promptly. Document installation issues, site-specific requirements, and continually update best practices. Training and Knowledge Sharing: Deliver internal and external training sessions on new product releases. Conduct pre-sales workshops and demonstrations. Lead monthly training meetings and develop training materials to support onboarding teams, especially new hires. Your skills and experiences might also include:  Customer-Centric Mindset: Ability to empathize with customers and focus on enhancing their experience. Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask and manage various projects and workflows. Problem-Solving: Excellent skills in troubleshooting and a proactive approach to resolving issues. Technical Proficiency: Experience with database configuration and software installation. Communication: Skilled in engaging communication, both written and verbal, with fluency in German and English. Leadership and Training: Ability to inspire and train others effectively, presenting to groups or individuals confidently. Location and Travel This role may require travel to customer sites for installation assessment and quality assurance, primarily within Germany.
