About you:
As a Partner Account Executive, you need to have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong drive to succeed, as this is very important to us at Access. In this role, you’ll build relationships, generate leads, and nurture existing partners. You’ll also create email campaigns, webinars, sales materials, and co-marketing initiatives with partners. Additionally, you’ll organize and attend key industry events. You’ll work closely with our sales, product, and marketing teams to build a successful indirect channel and drive our partner focus.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Identify and develop new partnership opportunities, manage inbound leads, and represent Access in face-to-face meetings with potential partners.
• Run targeted campaigns to engage partners throughout the sales process and collaborate with the digital marketing team to enhance lead generation through paid search and social media.
• Plan and execute outbound email marketing using HubSpot, ensuring clear and targeted communication.
• Organize and participate in industry events, both online and in-person, to build relationships and generate leads.
• Track and report on campaign performance, adjust strategies for better results, and explore new approaches.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to align partner strategies with business goals, while managing budgets and ensuring a strong return on investment.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders through ongoing communication with your sales, product, and marketing colleagues.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• You will have experience in sales and marketing, especially with partner or affiliate channels, and proven success in managing and growing a partner pipeline.
• You’ll have strong commercial awareness and ability to link marketing efforts to revenue growth, with excellent relationship-building and management skills.
• Experience in planning and executing integrated marketing plans across various channels, including inbound digital and outbound tactics.
• Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, and Salesforce.
• Strong analytical skills to measure performance, report on results, and make data-driven decisions.
• A proactive and flexible approach, capable of working under pressure to achieve results, with excellent interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate with a range of stakeholders.
