You will focus on driving lead volume and order intake using paid media, with a specific focus on Australia/New Zealand audiences, and will sit in a focused, specialist paid media team. You will also support our Paid Media Lead (also based in Timisoara) with ad hoc projects that sit under their role of driving growth from UK audiences. You will use your hands-on specialist skills of paid search and paid social to work collaboratively with our marketing team to drive results. This includes setting up new channels and campaigns, optimising existing campaigns, identifying recommendations while being empowered to make changes directly to quickly influence lead flow. We want someone who can get stuck in quickly, picking up ongoing demand generation campaigns, working with our marketing squad to drive paid media performance improvements. We’re looking for a data-driven problem solver who is not afraid to work at pace to analyse performance, act on it, and achieve results. To be successful, you’ll need good communication skills and to be able to confidently engage with external and internal stakeholders. There may also be an occasional earlier start due to our Australia marketing team being based in Vietnam (4 hours ahead of Romania). Day-to-day, you will: Ownership & Accountability: Take full responsibility for achieving marketing pipeline targets related to paid media. Track and optimize campaign performance throughout the entire funnel, from MQL (Marketing Qualified Leads) to SQL (Sales Qualified Leads), ensuring the pipeline supports business growth and hits order intake targets. Collaborative Campaign Execution: Work closely with a small team of digital experts to deliver paid media campaigns (search, social, display) that align with divisional marketing plans. Support the Paid Media Lead and Digital Product Owner in creating, implementing, and analyzing new campaigns that drive key performance indicators (KPIs) like website visits, form fills, and revenue. Integrated Marketing Strategy: Champion paid media as part of a broader, holistic marketing strategy by collaborating with other marketing specialists. Ensure paid media efforts are well integrated with demand generation, copywriting, design, content, and events teams to create a cohesive approach. Audience Insights & Campaign Development: Develop a deep understanding of industry-specific audiences and customer segments to inform campaign ideation and targeting. Use these insights to create more effective, data-driven paid media strategies that enhance audience engagement and campaign outcomes. Your skills and experiences might also include:    Proven Expertise & Digital Marketing Leadership: Demonstrate a track record of achieving results through end-to-end delivery of B2B paid marketing plans, from targeting to message ideation, optimizing campaigns, and driving leads through the funnel. Strong experience in managing multi-channel digital marketing, with hands-on skills in tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ad Manager, and LinkedIn, while adapting quickly to new technologies and digital dashboards. Strategic Mindset & Industry Knowledge: Stay at the forefront of PPC and social media advertising trends, with a focus on B2B, by continually updating knowledge of industry news, platforms, and technologies. Commercially minded, capable of making data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing spend and maximize ROI, while collaborating closely with the Paid Media Lead and internal stakeholders. Collaborative & Proactive Team Player: Excel in a fast-paced, agile environment, solving problems with a can-do attitude and high energy. Work cross-functionally across time zones with colleagues in Europe, Asia, and Australia/New Zealand. Be flexible, proactive, and able to handle pressure while juggling priorities and deadlines to meet goals. Strong Communication & Stakeholder Management: Display excellent communication, confidence, and professionalism in managing and influencing internal and external stakeholders. Thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional role, actively contributing to team success while consistently delivering on paid media goals and challenging the status quo to make a meaningful impact.
