We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have three charity days allocated to support a cause that matters to you.   As an Onboarding Consultant for LightYear (a member of the Access APAC Group), you’ll be providing account set up and training services to our customers and partners, ensuring that our software is successfully embedded within their processes. Your primary role is to guide, influence and support our customers – either via phone, video conferencing and occasionally in person. A key part of this role is also to understand a customer’s needs and help them determine how LightYear products would best fit and bring most value to them and to our business. You will also assist our sales team in converting inbound trials to paying customers. This role is primarily based in our Sydney office. Day-to-day, you will:  • Ensure the customer is set up for success by guiding them through best practices in configuring and using LightYear software, with the eventual goal of enabling our customers to become product experts and move to a self-help SaaS model. • Plan and set clear timelines with completed tasks for the customer to ensure the on boarding is a success. • Responding to customers via email/ chat and phone, you will track on boarding journeys via CRM & Monday.com along with preparing and managing the on boarding for all sales-ready leads. • Creating & delivering training modules, according to the customer size, which is also defined by the complexity of the project requirements - ensuring that all customers complete a training feedback form and rating – this will be followed up by post onboarding check ins and case studies to assist sales and marketing in their marketing. Your skills and experiences might also include:   • At least 1 years’ SaaS experience and familiarity with 0365, CRM and/or Monday.com • Effective communication skills to commercial business level efficiency. • Experience in the accounting and bookkeeping space would be ideal • Knowledge transfer and project management skills (beneficial) What are we all about?  The Access Group is one of the largest UK-headquartered providers of business management software to small and mid-sized organisations in the UK, Ireland, USA and Asia Pacific.
