About you:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager based in either Timisoara or Bucharest to support Marketing in the high quality delivery of several large growth initiatives across our 22 Software Companies (SWC). This role sits within the Marketing Programmes Centre of Excellence whose purpose is to act as an enabler allowing the SWCs to execute consistently, with fast time-to-value, and drive a higher impact on our marketing initiatives.
The Project Manager will be responsible for hands-on management of projects and creating documented playbooks for key initiatives; sharing best practice and working with data analysts to create centralised reporting; scorecards and leaderboards.
Day-to-day, you will:
Enable Software Companies & Encourage Best Practices:
Develop a consistent approach for delivering and executing initiatives by creating playbooks that Software Companies (SWCs) can use to self-serve initiatives for their product portfolios. Promote tools like Asana by creating workflow templates and reporting practices. Provide training and support to project owners and team members on project management best practices and tool usage.
Project Setup & Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate with project owners at the outset of each initiative to shape goals, define milestones, clarify reporting structures, and understand project scope. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across all divisions to support alignment and successful execution.
Initiative Monitoring & Reporting:
Maintain a high-level view of initiative progress to ensure key milestones are met, while also keeping detailed historical logs in Asana to track slippage and performance against goals. Coordinate with Data Analysts to generate comprehensive performance reports, including league tables and improvement recommendations for SWCs.
Executive Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare and deliver concise monthly updates to the Board and CMO Leadership team. Summarise initiative progress, performance metrics, and insights to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement across the business.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
Project & Change Management Expertise:
Proven experience managing cross-functional projects, including reporting to senior stakeholders, preferably within a B2B marketing environment. Demonstrated ability to embed new practices and ways of working, driving continuous improvement and innovation across teams and organisations. Strong time management and organisational skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage, influence, and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly and concisely. A strong team player who fosters a collaborative working environment.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Abilities:
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Adept at identifying issues and delivering effective solutions quickly. Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana and proficiency with data analysis software supports a data-driven, solutions-focused approach.
Qualifications & Technical Skills:
A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred. Certifications such as Asana and digital marketing qualifications are advantageous. Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive mindset and the ability to adjust to changing conditions and priorities with ease.
