About you:
Join our dynamic SMB division marketing team to drive demand generation for Access PeopleHR and Paycircle, our integrated HR and payroll solutions designed for growing businesses. You'll work closely with senior marketing colleagues to execute targeted campaigns that resonate with SMEs across all industries. This role offers excellent opportunities to develop expertise in B2B SaaS marketing while directly contributing to business growth.
Day-to-day, you will:
Campaign Execution & Lead Generation
• Support with execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Support demand generation initiatives to deliver MQLs for new business acquisition
• Coordinate and execute webinars and in-person events
• Track campaign performance against MQL and pipeline targets
Content & Creative Development
• Management of social media channels and paid media campaigns
• Produce creatives to be used across all of our digital marketing channels (organic social, paid social, email)
• Work with content and creative teams to develop enablement materials supporting PeopleHR and Paycircle
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Understanding of B2B marketing principles
• Strong communication skills
