About you: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Campaign Marketing Manager to enable & lead our Software Companies (SWC) marketing teams through the proactive portal campaign journey. The ideal candidate, you, will possess a deep understanding of campaign strategies, particularly within the Marketo platform, and will be responsible for advising on best practices, recommending effective techniques, and providing insightful reporting to enhance campaign performance. Day-to-day, you will:   • Strategic Guidance and Campaign Support: Lead and guide SWC marketing teams through the proactive portal campaign journey, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives. Advise on best campaign approaches tailored to specific customer segments using data-driven insights. Recommend effective Marketo strategies to enhance campaign execution and customer engagement, with execution briefed to the Campaign Operations team. • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with SWC teams and cross-functional support teams (web, branding, CS, etc.) to ensure cohesive messaging and consistent branding across all campaigns. Build and maintain strong relationships with key Proactive Portal stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the campaign process. • Campaign Coordination and Traffic Management: Ensure proactive portal campaigns are coordinated across divisions to manage frequency appropriately and improve the overall customer experience. • Reporting and Performance Analysis: Provide comprehensive reporting on email campaign performance, including metrics analysis, league tables, and actionable recommendations for improvement tailored to Software Companies. Your skills and experiences might also include:    • Technical and Analytical Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in Marketo for campaign management, automation, and reporting. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights for campaign optimisation. Skilled in mapping customer journeys to identify touchpoints and enhance engagement strategies. • Experience and Project Management: Proven experience in a similar marketing role, ideally within a B2B environment. Experienced in managing cross-functional projects, including reporting to senior stakeholders. Proven ability to embed new practices, drive continuous improvement, and manage multiple, sometimes conflicting, priorities while maintaining a strategic focus. • Stakeholder and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, capable of clearly and concisely presenting complex information. • Qualifications and Tools: A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred. Marketo certification or equivalent digital marketing qualifications are advantageous. Familiarity with tools like Asana is a plus, though not essential.
