We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have three charity days allocated to support a cause that matters to you.   About you:  Reporting directly to the Manager of Billing & Renewals APAC, this role is pivotal in managing and achieving key objectives for both their team and the broader Revenue Cycle teams. The individual will lead and inspire a team of approximately 10 members across multiple locations, overseeing day-to-day activities. This high-profile role offers a significant opportunity to shape the department within a growing organization. The focus will be on enhancing billing accuracy, reducing outstanding debt, and ensuring high cash collection targets are met, all while fostering a motivated and productive team environment. Day-to-day, you will:  • Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of 10+ billing professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and coaching to ensure they meet their individual and team goals. • Billing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive billing strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and ensures accurate and timely billing processes. Collaborate with Financial Systems teams to increase automation across the product groups. Working alongside other team members to integrate new acquisitions into the business. • Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve billing processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains while maintaining compliance with industry regulations. • Revenue Assurance: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Credit Control, Query Management, Finance, Sales & Marketing and Customer Service Management to ensure accurate revenue recognition and minimize revenue leakage. • Compliance: Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and standards related to billing and revenue recognition, ensuring full compliance across the organization. • Reporting and Analytics: Implement robust reporting and analytics tools to monitor billing KPIs, identify trends, and provide insights to senior leadership. • Customer Service: Work closely with customer service teams to resolve billing-related customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally. Your skills and experiences might also include:   • Have a proven track record in Billing & Credit control for large multi-national company (8-10 + years) • Have large team management experience and track record of developing individuals • Extensive Order to Cash process knowledge and technical expertise • Excellent attention to detail and able to work towards tight deadlines • Excellent with systems and processes, drive automation and improve processes • Have excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with people at all levels within the business • Numeracy - the ability to deal with numerical complexity whilst maintaining accuracy through checks and controls • Customer contact experience including query and escalation handling • To work in accordance with the companies policies and procedures • Experience in integration and harmonising new acquisitions What are we all about?  The Access Group is one of the largest UK-headquartered providers of business management software to small and mid-sized organisations in the UK, Ireland, USA and Asia Pacific.
