About the role: The M&A Team Administrator sits at the heart of the M&A team (comprising M&A Execution, Integration and Legal) and is involved in all areas of the M&A Team's work, supporting the team with general project management and by ensuring the efficient running of the team and maintaining effective administrative control across the team and all its activities, including business development and origination, deal support, team administration and reporting. This role will require working collaboratively with the M&A Deal Leads, Functional and Divisional teams in all geographies. Day-to-day, you will:  To provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation and development of the M&A Team, including: Arrange meetings, events and phone calls and book meeting spaces. Attend meetings, take minutes and action points where needed. Organise and maintain team diaries, to ensure smooth running and good time management Assist the responsible team members to keep our databases up-to-date, including DealCloud, research folders in Teams, pipeline summaries etc Your skills and experiences might also include:  Support the team to prepare the regular reporting of our deal pipeline (weekly, monthly basis) for Team and Board meetings Co-ordinate and manage the compliance aspects of the team, including quarterly ESP, Training, team events (e.g. Kick off Week) Devise and maintain office systems, including data management and filing.
