We’re seeking a highly motivated and analytical People Analytics Specialist to join our dynamic Employee Success (HR) team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data analysis, human resources, and a passion for leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making. This role will focus on providing insights that enhance employee engagement, optimise talent management, and improve overall organisational performance. You’ll play a vital role in supporting data-driven decision-making and providing valuable insights to the Employee Success (HR) function. Your primary focus will be on collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving Access. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data analysis tools, and the ability to translate complex HR data into meaningful reports and presentations. Day-to-day, you will:  • Take ownership of business performance reports, forecast models, analytics projects and delivering insights which directly impact decision-making • Partner with cross-functional teams across to understand nuances in the data and ensure data accuracy • Use data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, correlations, and insights related to HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) • Experienced in using BI analytical software to deliver reliable and clear insights from data. • Using data visualization tools to share data in an easy-to-comprehend fashion • Conduct statistical analyses and predictive modelling to support HR initiatives and identify potential risks or opportunities to support strategic decision making • Quickly interpret business performance results and organisation effectiveness data and metrics • Navigate complex data sources and systems, ambiguity and deal with vague requirements by applying creative problem-solving skills and proactively suggesting better ways to achieve goals • Provide regular reporting, in-depth analysis and insights to support business reviews, deep dives or ad-hoc as required Your skills and experiences might also include:   • Must have Experience with Excel Advanced, Macros, VBA coding • Nice to have – Programming , software development experience junior • Experience in people data analytics preferably in a SaaS environment • Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset with ability to interpret, manipulate or build data models quickly and effectively • Understands the interaction between data architecture / business processes to troubleshoot analytics inaccuracies and inconsistencies • Ability to work with complex data sources, identify connections and issues with data flow, and be proactive in exploring and navigating between different data sources • Strong competency in storytelling with data and research, while ensuring the integrity of the results • Strong understanding of the HR landscape (functions and processes) and existing challenges and best practices • Demonstrated ability to influence, challenge and engage stakeholders • Ability to thrive in a high growth, fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks concurrently with strong prioritization in supporting the business • Ability to work independently and deal with ambiguity in international environments • You’re a team player who is resourceful, meticulous and able to multitask.
