By staying ahead of industry challenges, we enable our customers to thrive. Now, we are seeking a dynamic Digital Head of Sales to build, lead and scale a high-performing digital sales team in our KL Global Operations Centre (GOC).
About the Role:
As GOC Head of Sales, you will build, lead and scale a high-performing digital sales team, driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and sales excellence. Based in Kuala Lumpur, you will play a key role in aligning our digital sales strategy with global objectives, ensuring we deliver cutting-edge solutions to Small to Medium businesses across Asia- Pacific.
You will be responsible for fostering a strong team culture, developing individual team members, and leading through influence in a complex matrix organisation. Success in this role requires a leader who can motivate, inspire, and coach a diverse sales team while navigating a fast-moving, multi-stakeholder environment.
This is a high-impact leadership role, ensuring alignment between our digital sales strategies and global objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead & Scale the Digital Sales Team – Build, manage, and optimize a high-performing team, ensuring a structured, data driven approach to achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
-Drive Revenue Growth – Utilize digital channels, automation, and data-driven strategies to accelerate customer acquisition and retention.
-Enhance Sales Performance – Implement best-in-class sales methodologies, coaching frameworks, and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
-Align with Global Strategy – Collaborate with global sales leaders to ensure consistency and operational efficiency across key markets.
-Leverage Technology & Automation – Integrate advanced CRM, AI-driven insights, and automation tools to streamline sales processes and increase productivity.
-Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to maximize the impact of sales initiatives.
-Stakeholder Management – Provide strategic insights, forecasting, and recommendations to senior leadership.
-Coaching & Development – Mentor and develop emerging sales talent, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
-Provide Strategic Sales Leadership ensuring alignment across all Sales teams in the GOC. Foster collaboration, drive strategic initiatives, and serve as a key liaison between GOC Sales teams and global leadership.
-Drive Sales Expansion & Operational Excellence – Support the strategic growth of Sales within the GOC by optimizing processes, scaling teams, and ensuring the GOC is positioned as a key contributor to global sales success. Collaborate with Sales Operations, Recruitment, and Enablement and all Sales teams in the GOC to drive efficiency and accelerate impact.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
-Proven experience in managing and leading global teams.
-Experience in change management and driving transformational change
-Previous experience in similar roles
