About you: As the Digital Head of Sales at The Access Group's Global Operations Centre (GOC) in Timisoara/Kuala Lumpur, you will lead and scale a high-performing digital sales team, driving revenue growth, customer acquisition, and sales excellence. This role is pivotal in aligning our digital sales strategies with global objectives, ensuring the delivery of innovative solutions to small and mid-sized organizations across the UK/Asia Pacific (APAC) region.   Day-to-day, you will: • Lead & Scale the Digital Sales Team: Build, develop, and optimize a high-performing digital sales team, ensuring strategies align with revenue growth targets. • Drive Revenue & Sales Performance: Leverage digital channels, automation, and data-driven insights to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and overall sales effectiveness through best practices, coaching, and performance metrics. • Align with Global Strategy & Technology: Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency across markets while integrating advanced sales tools and automation to streamline processes and boost productivity. • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to maximize sales impact while providing insights, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Your skills and experiences might also include:    • Growth-Oriented & Adaptable Leader: Results-driven and highly motivated, with a passion for driving growth, market penetration, and navigating fast-paced, evolving environments. • Strong Relationship & Problem-Solving Skills: High emotional intelligence with the ability to build relationships across cultures and regions, coupled with strong problem-solving abilities and a hands-on execution approach. • Leadership & Change Management Expertise: Proven experience in managing and leading global teams, with a track record of driving transformational change and implementing change management strategies. • Educational & Professional Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (advanced degree preferred), with extensive experience in strategic leadership roles.
