Head of Product – People Division – MLB *This role can be hired into our Loughborough, London or Cork offices on a hybrid/remote basis. We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have one charity day allocated to support a cause that matters to you.        About you:  As Head of Product for the People Division’s Medium to Large Business sector, you will manage product strategy and ensure alignment with Access Group products. You'll lead the product team, working closely with Product and Engineering leadership for smooth execution. - You’ll develop the product strategy, working with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. - You’ll manage product roadmaps and collaborate on planning, investment, and execution. - You’ll also work with HR and Finance to manage resources, forecasts, and budgets.   Day-to-day, you will:   - Lead the MLB Product Management team including roles such as Product Manager, Product Owner , Business analysts and UX - Lead as Product Manager for MLB , managing all required artifacts including business case, market positioning, competitor analysis and product roadmap - Review product status, and initiate product status monitoring and alignment planning to move products into a cohesive position in the overall Access portfolio. Collaborating with key stakeholders and all other departments and divisions to communicate activity - Participating and presenting at User Groups, roadshows, events and other forums and broadly acting as primary product evangelist for MLB.    Your skills and experiences might also include:    - Strong knowledge of the HR & Payroll industry - Experience in integrating and building products, and managing mature product portfolios. - Skilled in programme/project management, change management, and working in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments - Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences - Proven experience leading product teams, managing SaaS solutions, and navigating complex business-to-business processes - Experience in managing strategic projects, working with global teams, and handling high-pressure situations.
