About you:
We're seeking an experienced Content Operations Lead to drive excellence across our content ecosystem. This strategic role combines operational leadership with innovation, as you'll be responsible for establishing and maintaining our content standards whilst exploring how emerging technologies can enhance our content management practices.
You'll be the guardian of our content quality, working across articles, videos, and outbound messaging to ensure consistency, effectiveness, and alignment with our brand standards. This is a hands-on leadership position that requires both strategic thinking and practical implementation skills.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Develop, implement, and continuously refine comprehensive content guidelines across all formats (articles, videos, outbound messaging)
• Own and evolve our Content Quality Index, ensuring it accurately reflects our guidelines and strategic objectives
• Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programmes for new content team members
• Lead pilot programmes for new technologies and assess their impact on content quality and efficiency
Your skills and experiences might also include:

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and digital asset management systems.
• Including articles, videos and in-product tools (BOTs, Product Tours, Notifications)
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Projects, Trello, Asana, JIRA)
