About you: You’re a creative and strategic marketer with experience in go-to-market execution, content creation, and campaign management. You’re confident using tools like Salesforce, Marketo, and Canva, and you bring strong writing skills, attention to detail, and a data-driven mindset. You thrive in fast-paced environments, collaborate well across teams, and are eager to grow while delivering impactful marketing initiatives. Role purpose: Take the work done by the Product Marketing team and make our products come alive with exceptional marketing execution. Day-to-day, you will: Strategic Planning & Execution: Work alongside Product Marketing specialists to translate propositions into multichannel campaigns that support sales and commercial teams in driving pipeline, while creating and executing detailed campaign plans with timelines, resources, and success metrics. Collaborate with Web Leads and Digital Product Owners to align SEO/GEO content strategies, coordinate and create buyer assets with execution strategies, and partner with digital teams to deliver best-in-class customer journeys and accurate representation of product features across all digital touchpoints, taking ownership of content and web effectiveness. Planning & Analysis: Align with Product Marketing to incorporate customer feedback, sales data, and market trends into execution, applying a deep understanding of ICP to tailor messaging and activity. Monitor and report on campaign performance to optimise channels and messaging, and use tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, and Google Analytics to extract insights and support campaign and content strategy decision-making. Sales Enablement & Support: Create sales collateral, battle cards, training materials, and outreach resources to support both marketing-sourced pipeline conversion and sales self-generated pipeline activity. Partner with sales leadership to ensure proper adoption of tools and adherence to processes, enabling SDRs, BDRs, and wider sales teams with the resources needed for success. Customer Engagement: Coordinate with Customer Success to gather feedback and improve product adoption, and work with Customer Marketing colleagues to provide impactful content and materials that support existing customer growth. Drive thought leadership initiatives through events, webinars, and content marketing, while creating case studies and ROI statements to enhance digital and sales campaigns. Your skills and experiences might also include: Experience & Expertise: Experience in go-to-market execution, content marketing, or marketing operations, with a proven track record in B2B product launches. Experience in hospitality, B2B SaaS, or tech companies with complex product portfolios is desirable. Skills & Tools: Strong ideation and content creation abilities, adaptable across audiences and channels. Proficient in AI tools and prompt engineering, marketing automation platforms, CMS systems, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and design tools (e.g., Canva). Familiarity with web content management, optimization practices, and event coordination. Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation abilities, and experience working with multiple stakeholders across launch timelines. Background in digital marketing, content marketing, and sales enablement. Analytical & Strategic Thinking: KPI-driven mindset with expertise in tools like Marketo, Salesforce, and Google Analytics. Skilled in buyer journey mapping, customer segmentation, and performance tracking across GTM plays, content engagement, sales enablement asset usage, and launch event metrics. What are we all about?
