Apply to find out more. About you: As a Sales Programs Associate, you will be part of a high-performing Sales Programs team based in our Romania Hub. Reporting to the Head of Sales Programs within the wider Global Revenue Operations organization, you will support sales colleagues across EMEA, with a particular focus on the UK and Romania. This role blends program management, technology enablement, and sales strategy to drive scalable growth. Day-to-day, you will: Coordinate contributions to sales program activities, including briefings, contact list and content improvements, reporting, effectiveness assessments, and recommendations. Ensure full engagement of Sales teams in demand generation efforts through continuous communication and performance reviews. Collaborate with Sales Managers and Business Strategy stakeholders to deliver a consolidated demand generation plan aligned to pipeline targets. Localize and align global programs and messaging to specific industries, market segments, and teams. Design, launch, and manage programs covering planning and stakeholder coordination with Sales Development, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Enablement, embedding best practices throughout. Leverage and promote the sales technology stack—including Salesforce, Clari, Groove, Sales Navigator, and Consensus—to drive efficient program execution. Present pipeline trends, insights, and program progress to mid and senior-level management, while championing the use of demand generation tools, automation, and AI across sales teams. Your skills and responsibilities might also include: 2+ years’ experience in a similar role (e.g., business development, sales readiness, marketing, or sales) within a high-tech environment, with demonstrated success in executing demand generation campaigns and programs with sales organizations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative capabilities, along with proven ability to master sales tooling and analytics platforms for smarter, data-driven execution. Creative, proactive thinker with a strong track record of generating innovative ideas and driving demand generation strategies. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent networking, relationship-building, influencing, and communication skills. Collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to influence without direct authority. Flexible, proactive, and fluent in English and Romanian. What are we all about?
