The Job - Overview

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Accountant to join this dynamic, fast-paced group that requires people with a hands on approach.

The Access Group has grown rapidly and now has a number of non-uk Domiciled subsidiaries, this role manages the reporting requirements and inter-company transactions of those entities.  Reporting to the Group Management Accountant and based in Stratford St Mary near Colchester the Group Reporting Accountant role will include responsibility for the successful integration of the more complex acquired businesses.

The Job in more detail

• For each acquisition
  • This role will manage the complex and overseas acquisitions of Access Uk Ltd
  • Reviewing and consolidating the monthly reports from those subsidiaries
  • Ensure alignment to group reporting requirements
  • Maintain and manage inter-company transactions
  • Set up and develop a detailed Group reporting pack
  • Assist with other consolidation and group reporting tasks
  • Assist with any other acquisition tasks needed to ensure reporting of the subsidiary
