So whether it’s a virtual applause and a bunch of flowers or wine delivered to your home or hopefully soon an office night out or our all-inclusive weekend in Spain, we make sure we take the time to show how much we appreciate everyone’s achievements.
We've asked some of our colleagues what the values mean for them.
Every year, we vote for the charity of the year looking at the personal stories and experiences of the people who work at Access. We raised over £280,000 for our last Charity of the year, Debra. This year we are proud support the National Deaf Children's Society. The NDCS is close to our hearts and the fundraising is lead by very own Adam and Kayleigh who’s son Henry was born profoundly deaf.
But its all about team work, so to make it easier for everyone to give back, we:
give everyone time to volunteer for a cause dear to them;
developed 4 apps (Round to the Pound, Give as you Earn, Early Pay & Pedometer Challenge) as well as a new online employee lottery, to make fund raising easier;
match every pound that employees raise for our Charity of the Year.
We are aiming to beat the amount we raised for charity last year.
