Apply to find out more. About you:   We are on a journey to build a best-in-class group finance function to support the rapid growth of the Group, and you will play a critical role in its success. The Group is expanding rapidly, both organically and through many acquisitions. If you thrive in a fast-paced organization, are hands-on, and can deliver high-quality outputs in a dynamic environment, you will excel in this role. You should have an inquisitive mind and a strong desire to continually improve processes and outputs. This role reports to the Senior Group Financial Accountant and works closely with the Group Finance team." Day-to-day, you will:   - Prepare year-end consolidation, Group Annual report, and UK subsidiary statutory accounts. - Support year-end audits, global reporting function, and acquisition accounting. - Improve processes to support business growth and provide technical expertise to stakeholders. - Handle ad hoc projects, including international standardization and M&A integrations. Your skills and experiences might also include:    - ACA/ACCA Qualified Accountant with strong attention to detail and data analysis skills. - Advanced Excel skills, with a willingness to learn other data analytics tools. - Effective communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities. - Enthusiastic, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement in work processes.
