About you:
We are seeking a strategic and analytical FP&A Revenue Analytics Lead to own our revenue reporting, analysis, and performance insights. In this high-impact role, you'll partner closely functionally, with our Business units and executive teams to translate data into action—providing detailed insights to ensure smarter decisions can be made. This role involves driving financial performance and aligning financial strategies with the business objectives.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Provide accurate and timely financial reporting, analysis, and insights to support decision-making at the executive and board levels
• Effectively use financial information to provide the business with better insight into business performance and trajectory and opportunities for growth
• Drive optimisation of financial performance and manage to target metrics Act as a point of contact for metric-related queries and data assurance issues.
• Be an active member of the Finance function and drive finance process improvements
• Oversee integration of acquisitions
• Work closely with the Data team in ensuring complete accuracy
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Demonstrable experience in a data analysis, governance, or reporting role.
• Strong knowledge of dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present financial insights.
• Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Experience working with financial data and metrics, ideally in a SaaS or software business.
• Understanding of data governance principles and data quality assurance.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
