Key Responsibilities - Oversight overall accounting and tax matters - To prepare monthly statutory & group financial report and ensure the accurate & correctness of financial report - Prepare and submission financial reports to Headquarter on schedule time - Perform consolidation FS & VAS to IFRS Conversion - Perform analysis of consolidated P&L & Balance sheet - To review and set up Finance and Accounting procedure & policy - Manage company’s cash flow & treasury - Maintain company daily operational the related with finance, accounting field and tax - Undertake internal audits to ensure the company meets its financial, operational and compliance objectives. Challenge current processes - Responsible for External Audit Financial Report - Supporting the development of an assurance planning reporting process - Reporting on control deficiencies to management and making recommendations to mitigate risk and add value - Playing an active role in the maintenance and review of policies and procedures, including ensuring they are up to date with all legislation and best practices. - Coordinate and work with external auditors, tax officers, state bank staff, and other officials as necessary - Review monthly VAT, PIT, FCT returns & Undertake corporate income tax calculation and filing & analysis - Perform reconciliation of tax balances with tax officers - Review & execute monthly payroll process - Listen to colleagues’ ideas and recognize and motivate them when they fulfil their work. - Provide feedback on staff performance and give support when required by the team. - Support and help with other tasks assigned by upper management. Key Requirement: - 5-7 years in finance industry, 3-4 years in Big 4 environment preferred - BA degree preferably in Finance & Accounting, ACCA or CPA is a plus - Fluent English speaking & writing - Proficiency in MS Office required; - Possess strong honesty, integrity and confidentiality; - Attention to detail - Organisation and time-keeping skills - Ability to assess and evaluate risk, plus implement solutions - Excellent reporting skills - The ability to keep calm under pressure, especially when there are tight deadlines - The ability to think objectively - Leadership skills What are we all about?
