With 20+ years of uninterrupted growth, we are seeking a Employee Services Director to support our growing Americas region. 


Position Summary: Employee Services, Americas 


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic ES Director to join us as we establish and rapidly grow our Medellin Global Operations Centre.  

As the ES Director, you will work closely with leadership team colleagues to develop and implement strategic people initiatives that support rapid growth, commitment to excellence.  

This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our organization's culture, performance & development at scale and you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's Employee Success (ES) function.  

You will have previous experience in partnering closely with the business, setting up / managing Operations Centres, be comfortable in establishing fit-for-purpose processes and systems, all whilst building and growing the team and setting the organisation up for success. 

You will thrive in an agile and dynamic environment where change is fast paced and constant. 

Day-to-day, you will: 

  • As a member of the Regional ES Leadership Team, partner with ES colleagues to establish priorities and provide strategic direction and leadership to the Employee Success (ES) team, setting goals and priorities that align with company's mission and values 
  • Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals, providing strategic counsel on talent planning, organizational design, leadership development, and change management. 
  • Work with the Talent Acquisition team to attract top talent to join the company and develop the Access brand in the marketplace
     
  • Foster a positive and engaging workplace culture by managing excellent employee relations, including swift conflict resolution and performance management 
  • Manage the administration of employee benefits, including leave, health benefits and wellbeing programs
     
  • Oversee compensation strategies to ensure competitive pay strategy and structures
     
  • Manage regional initiatives to encourage continuous learning and deliver development opportunities for employees at all levels
     
  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a welcoming and equitable workplace
     
  • Establish and enhance ES policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal regulations and
  • Currently working in an ES Director or ES Business Partner role with strong and highly developed communication and engagement skills across a range of geographies and cultures 
  • Experienced working within a fast-paced environment (ideally technology), with ever changing priorities 
  • Experienced in establishing and managing an ES team with a combination of hard-wired and matrixed direct reports at various levels of seniority 
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, challenge and engage stakeholders at all levels of seniority 
  • You’re a team player who is resourceful, meticulous, and able to manage ambiguity and prioritise across multiple stakeholder groups 
  • You don’t shy away from rolling your sleeves up and getting “stuck in” when needed 
  • Prepared to go outside of your comfort zone and be ready to fail fast, it’s the best way to grow!
