About you:
You will work in a small but rapidly growing team, focused and passionate on evolving our employee systems. You’ll use your technical expertise to work on how we integrate our internal HR systems to support our colleagues. With strong technical experience alongside great stakeholder management, you’ll be finding the best and most secure solution for our integration projects. You’ll be able to effectively communicate timelines, options and implications of any suggested solution, to technical and non-technical audiences.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using tools like Workato/Mulesoft, API platforms, and custom code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful integration implementations.
• Implement end-to-end integrations within agreed timelines, ensuring key stakeholders are updated throughout the project.
• Prioritize opportunities to improve design and implement changes with a future-proof mindset, balancing short-term fixes when necessary.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience in integration engineering or similar, with a focus on HR systems integration preferably.
• Proficiency in implementing integrations in various technologies, such as REST APIs, SFTP file transfer, Microsoft Azure, low code tools etc.
• Experience working with HR systems and a strong understanding of data protection practices.
