Digital Sales Executive, Account Manager About you: This role sits within the Account Management team of our Enterprise Resource Planning Division. You’ll have an outgoing attitude, willingness to learn and a resilient mindset. Your role will be hybrid and you will therefore be expected to be in the Loughborough office a minimum of 3 days per week. Within the ERP Division, we have a large portfolio of products, with the opportunity to grow and succeed alongside a fast-growing team. Day-to-day, you will: • Handle a large volume of client queries on a daily basis • Build a multi-level relationship with key stakeholders within a business • Host meetings at all levels with customers • Once a sale is made, ensure a smooth handover to the projects team • Always provide the highest level of customer service to our customers • Organise monthly or quarterly account reviews for your customer base   Your skills and experiences might also include: • Experience in selling software is preferable however not a necessity. • A strong sales/account management background is essential • Can work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to the constant growth • A motivated self-starter who consistently demonstrates an enthusiastic, ‘never give up’ attitude • An ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of business processes and practices • Excellent communication skills with an ability to build rapport at all levels of an organisation We’re looking for people to join the Access family, who share our passion for believing in better, and who will help us continue to grow.
