About you:
This is an exciting role at Access, created in response to our fast-paced, international growth and the push towards a digital and search-first agenda. We have been recruiting several similar positions recently to support the business, and this trend is expected to continue as we move forward with our digital initiatives. You will have the opportunity to shape the role in line with emerging requirements as digital transformation progresses.
As a Digital Product Owner, you will be highly focused on the daily performance and management of all digital assets (websites) and channels (both paid and organic) in your designated business area(s).
Day-to-day, you will:
• Lead a small team of specialist digital marketers, supporting your designated business area and promoting digital best practices aligned with the Core Digital Marketing Strategy.
• Drive performance by understanding targets and leveraging your commercial and digital experience to achieve them.
• Utilise a comprehensive understanding of content marketing to enhance organic traffic, improve search rankings, and increase engagement.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and performance improvement through data analysis, while generating daily performance reports and collaborating with the head of marketing to align activities with commercial KPIs.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Extensive experience in building and leading digital marketing teams, strategies, and projects that generate revenue, ideally within a SaaS B2B organisation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in complex, multi-division, and matrixed environments.
• Vision-oriented and innovative, capable of identifying effective ways of working and articulating a commercially viable vision.
• Strong communicator with a data-driven mindset, focused on setting clear revenue-related goals and regularly measuring and reporting on results.
