About you:
You’ll be responsible for winning new business across organisations with 500 to 10,000+ employees. You’ll need to get hands-on with strategic deals while also building and leading a high-performing sales team. This requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where no two days are the same.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Driving Revenue Growth – Owning new business targets and ensuring a strong pipeline across mid-market and enterprise accounts.
• Leading a High-Performing Team – Hiring, coaching, and developing a team of hunters to consistently exceed targets.
• Executing a Proven Sales Process – Embedding MEDDPICC to drive both results and the right behaviors.
• Building Strategic Partnerships – Strengthening relationships with key partners to accelerate growth.
• Engaging with Senior Stakeholders – Leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales conversations, including at C-suite level.
• Shaping Go-to-Market Strategy – Working with marketing to create demand generation campaigns that build a high-quality pipeline.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Proven Sales Leadership – You have a track record of building and leading high-performing B2B software sales teams, ideally within HR/People solutions.
• Strong Hunter Mentality – You can identify opportunities, develop winning strategies, and close deals across mid-market and enterprise segments.
• Data-Driven Decision Making – You rely on data and market insights to shape strategy, rather than just instinct.
• Ability to Navigate Complexity – You’re confident managing multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and ambiguity.
• Inspiring Coach & Leader – You develop talent and foster a culture where salespeople strive to exceed targets.
• Strategic & Execution-Focused – You balance long-term vision with the ability to execute and drive results today.
