Role Overview
Our Digital Content Executive will help identify and execute key content marketing initiatives aimed at Senior HR professionals within large organisations, that will contribute to the growth of the Access People division. This position will drive the success of the content marketing strategy, working closely with the Content Strategy Lead, our Digital Leads and the wider Demand Generation marketing team.
You will ideate and create content with purpose across multiple channels and funnel stages that address key industry trends and positions Access People as credible thought-leaders. This role will focus on strategising and delivering on content marketing initiatives that support our organic strategy, as well as helping divisional sales and marketing teams to create demand, build awareness and generate sales opportunities.
You’ll be working with multiple stakeholders across the wider teams, so you will also possess fantastic communication skills and a curious nature, with the confidence to ask the questions needed.
Whilst experience in and understanding of, creating high quality copy and different forms of content is important, we’re ideally looking for someone with a good marketing background working in campaign development too. Perhaps you’re a demand generation marketing manager looking to specialise in an area you’re most passionate about – content!
.Day-to-day, you will:
Collaborate with teams: Work with internal marketing and external agencies to create high-quality content tailored for target personas.
Develop marketing strategies: Contribute to strategies guiding prospects through the marketing funnel for both organic and outbound campaigns.
Execute diverse content: Create and repurpose various content formats (blogs, videos, webinars) aligned with demand generation campaigns while collaborating with internal and external partners.
Optimize for performance: Ensure all digital content is optimized for search, manage blogging strategy, and engage with social and paid media teams to boost visibility and awareness of Access People solutions.
About you:
Writing skills: Experience in content marketing or copywriting is a plus; essential to write purposefully for the target demographic.
SEO knowledge: Understanding SEO basics and web publishing requirements is crucial; familiarity with SEO tools and metrics is desirable.
Campaign experience: Demonstrated ability to design and execute results-driven marketing campaigns across various media is a plus.
Communication & collaboration: Excellent verbal and written skills to translate technical information; strong interpersonal abilities to work with diverse stakeholders and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Your skills and experiences might also include
Marketing experience: Essential for the role.
SEO understanding: Basic knowledge of SEO is essential.
Education: BSc/BA degree in Marketing, Journalism, or a relevant field is desirable.
Industry experience: Proven experience in the technology sector and content marketing is desirable, along with experience working with multiple stakeholders in complex organizational structures.
Domain expertise: Familiarity with enterprise application software and cloud computing/SaaS business solutions is desirable.
