About you: Working within the Customer Success team, the Data Analyst will provide robust insights, analysis and analytical reporting to interpret results and inform key business areas on operational performance, customer trends and portfolio analysis. This role will be responsible for developing and delivering required visualisations (dashboards and reports) to inform business decisions. Another key responsibility will be to define and deliver insight/recommendations based on customer segment to enable the business to better understand their customer base and plan service delivery/resourcing accordingly and in line with agreed strategy. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for improving the efficiency of business operations through data analysis and statistical forecasting. Your duties include collecting and reporting on performance whilst delivering analysis & reporting to management and making recommendations for operational changes/priorities. Day-to-day, you will: •Analyze multi-source data to identify trends in operational performance and customer behavior, supporting data-driven decision-making. •Deliver accurate, insightful reports tailored to stakeholder needs across projects, programs, and initiatives, ensuring clarity and actionable value. •Support continuous improvement by conducting ad-hoc analyses, identifying inefficiencies, and coaching teams on best practices in data usage and reporting. •Maintain high standards of data quality, ensuring consistency, addressing discrepancies, and upholding best practices across reporting processes. Your skills and experiences might also include: •Analytical self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, experienced in handling large datasets and delivering actionable insights through tools like Excel and Tableau. •Effective communicator and collaborator, confident in engaging with senior stakeholders and managing multiple requests across functions. •Adaptable and results-driven, able to prioritize, switch focus quickly, and thrive in fast-paced, changing environments while maintaining high-quality output. •Continuously learning and improvement-focused, with a passion for digging into data, identifying gaps, and driving meaningful business improvements.
