Position Summary: We're seeking an exceptional Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team as a leader driving digital growth across the Asia-Pacific accounting sector. This is a high-impact role perfect for a digital marketing all-rounder who thrives on data-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering measurable business results.
As our Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be the strategic architect and hands-on executor of our digital marketing initiatives, working autonomously while collaborating closely with stakeholders across the organisation. You'll own the full digital marketing funnel for our accounting solutions in APAC, from awareness generation to conversion optimisation.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Strategic Leadership
-Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for the APAC Accountants market
-Own ROI responsibility for digital marketing channels and performance metrics
-Lead cross-functional initiatives with product, sales, and regional teams
-Present strategic insights and performance updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders
-Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging AI/LLM applications in marketing
Channel Management & Optimisation
-Drive organic growth through technical SEO, content strategy, and search performance optimisation
-Manage and optimise paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and other platforms
-Develop and execute social media advertising strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging platforms
-Continuously test, analyse, and improve website and landing page conversion rates
-Integrate AI and LLM technologies to enhance campaign performance, content creation, and customer insights
Analytics & Performance
-Build comprehensive reporting frameworks and dashboards for stakeholder communication
-Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify growth opportunities and optimisation strategies
-Establish and monitor KPIs, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives
-Use advanced analytics tools and machine learning for data-informed decision making
-Leverage predictive analytics for campaign optimisation and forecasting
Collaboration & Communication
-Partner with regional teams to understand local market nuances and requirements
-Work closely with content and creative teams to ensure messaging alignment across all digital touchpoints
-Coordinate with sales teams to optimise lead quality and conversion processes
-Mentor and guide junior team members on digital marketing best practices
What We’re Looking For:
Education & Experience
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field
-4-6 years of comprehensive digital marketing experience with demonstrated leadership responsibilities
-Proven track record managing multi-channel digital campaigns with budgets of $500K+ annually
-Expert-level proficiency in SEO, PPC, paid social, and conversion rate optimisation
-Strong B2B marketing experience, preferably in professional services or SaaS environments
Technical Skills
-CMS Platforms: Hands-on experience with CMS (Umbraco, WordPress, and Webflow)
-Analytics & Advertising: Advanced proficiency with GA4, Tableau, SA360, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
-SEO Tools: Expert-level experience with SEMrush and SERanking for keyword research, competitive analysis, and performance tracking
-CRM Systems: Proficiency with Salesforce for lead management and campaign tracking
-AI Tools: Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot for marketing automation, content generation, and data analysis
-Additional Tools: Experience with CRO platforms and marketing automation systems
-Solid understanding of HTML/CSS and basic web development principles
Analytical & Communication Skills
-Exceptional analytical abilities with experience in statistical analysis and A/B testing
-Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management at all levels
-Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and compelling narratives
-Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional strategic discussions

-APAC market experience, particularly Australia, Singapore, or Hong Kong
-Advanced certifications in digital marketing i.e., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint
-Experience with advanced marketing technologies (CDPs, attribution modelling, marketing mix modelling)
