About you: This role is responsible for the design and running of annual compensation plans / bonuses & incentive / recognition programmes for all of our Customer Success teams (including Professional Services, Customer Success Management, Retention & Renewals, Support and internal groups.) •Self starter – this is a standalone role requiring a strong self starter to execute •Very high attention to detail – this will be detailed work with high levels of confidentiality that must be maintained at all times. •Strong analytical skills – being able to simplify complexity for junior staff members to engage with and understand. •Gravitas to work with and influence very senior managers in the business. •Ability to multitask and work calmly under pressure is key – there will be ‘hot’ periods where bonus processing must run in line with payroll deadlines. •Communication, positive attitude and ability to react in a positive fashion when challenged – we work collaboratively with staff and managers to resolve any issues with pay, though we do sometimes have to also push back where necessary. •Good written communication – ability to explain clearly in writing complex rules. Day-to-day, you will: •Compensation Scheme Design: Design and implement variable compensation schemes, using industry best practices to advise CS leadership on effective team incentives. •Incentive Program Management: Run bonus calculations and incentives like SPIFFs, ensuring accurate payments and fostering team engagement with leaderboards and performance tracking. •Collaboration & Policy Development: Work closely with Legal, HR, Payroll, and Rev Ops to define compensation policies, ensuring seamless integration across global teams and acquisitions. •Performance Measurement & Data Quality: Collaborate with Data Insights to maintain data quality, measure the ROI of incentive plans, and drive business impact through continuous assessment. Your skills and experiences might also include: •Advanced Excel Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel, including data modeling and analysis capabilities. •SQL & Data Visualization: Knowledge of SQL and experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau. •Presentation Skills: Competence in using MS PowerPoint for clear and impactful presentations. •Business Acumen: Ability to leverage technical tools to build strong business cases and provide data-driven insights What are we all about?
