About you:  Reporting directly to the Head of Product Security you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust cloud security architectures across multiple cloud environments (Azure & AWS). You will collaborate closely with Cloud and Product Engineering teams to embed security best practices within the organisation’s cloud infrastructure, ensuring secure cloud adoption and management. Your role will involve developing cloud security strategy, standards, guidelines, and reference architectures that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for threat modelling, risk assessments, and security tooling definition/implementation related to cloud infrastructure. Your ability to drive secure development lifecycle (SDLC) practices in a Cloud context, integrate security tooling, and provide expert guidance to cross-functional teams will be essential. You must have a proven track record in cloud security architecture, with experience in fast-paced, agile environments and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Day-to-day, you will:  • Support our Cloud Engineering teams in defining secure patterns and design principals that can be scaled at an enterprise level. • Have hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure etc.) including designing and implementing security controls and practices. • Use your experience to define controls within Azure Policy and AWS Control tower to support the implementation of guardrails/invariants. • Drive and support the implementation of DevSecOps and Secure Development Lifecycle principles across our Product and Engineering teams. Your skills and experiences might also include:   • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a cloud security role or related position. • Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with vulnerability databases (e.g. CVE, NVD). • Strong understanding of cloud security frameworks (CIS, NIST, CSA) and compliance requirements (e.g. GDPR, PCI-DSS).
