About you:
You are a person that likes to be part of a hard working team. Able to complete day to day tasks having excellent communication and presentation. You will be a people person who is able to build great relationships with all stakeholders.
It’s important that you are flexible and able to cover shifts as requested.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Delivering a great experience to our employees and guests
• Create a vibrant, friendly restaurant environment with a high level of customer service and satisfaction
• Stock control, ordering of goods and foods.
• Make sure food displays are clean and inviting, overseeing stock rotation and clear labelling.
• Ensure standards for EHO visits are adhered to using the HACCP systems (full training will be given.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• You must be passionate about food, food service and making people smile
• Have excellent presentation, communication and great time management skills.
• High standards of hygiene with a basic knowledge of health and safety.
• Able to use and feel confident using an EPOS system ideal however, full training will be given
• Time served in a comparable role.
• Level 1 food hygiene and be happy working towards level 2 (this may be undertaken once employment commences)
• Exposure to End to End Process Design
