Business Development Representative London, Hybrid About you: As a Business Development Representative at The Access Group, you’ll play a vital role in driving the growth of our business by introducing Elay.io to new potential clients. This is a front-line, high-impact position where your primary focus will be on outbound prospecting—reaching out to recruitment professionals, sparking interest, and booking product demonstrations for our sales team. This is a KPI-driven role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by clear goals and measurable success. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and creating opportunities that directly contribute to Elay.io’s expansion. Day-to-day, you will: • Making high-volume outbound cold calls to recruitment agencies and talent teams • Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities • Booking and scheduling demos for the sales team, ensuring a smooth handover of qualified opportunities • Continue ongoing training and support to help you develop your sales skills and progress in your career Your skills and experiences might also include: • Are confident and comfortable speaking with people over the phone • Are motivated by hitting KPIs and earning commission • Have strong communication skills—both written and verbal • Bring high energy and a positive attitude to your work This role is perfect for someone who’s eager to break into tech sales, enjoys speaking with people, and is excited by the challenge of opening doors and creating new opportunities.
