About you:
Working within the Customer Success team, the Data Analyst will provide robust insights, analysis and analytical reporting to interpret results and inform key business areas on operational performance, customer trends and portfolio analysis.
This role will be responsible for developing and delivering required visualisations (dashboards and reports) to inform business decisions.
Another key responsibility will be to define and deliver insight/recommendations based on customer segment to enable the business to better understand their customer base and plan service delivery/resourcing accordingly and in line with agreed strategy.
As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for improving the efficiency of business operations through data analysis and statistical forecasting. Your duties include collecting and reporting on performance whilst delivering analysis & reporting to management and making recommendations for operational changes/priorities.
Day-to-day, you will:
•Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends in operational performance and customer behavior, providing actionable insights to support strategic decisions.
•Deliver accurate, well-formatted reports and visualizations to stakeholders based on project or business requirements, including ad-hoc analysis to improve processes and customer experience.
•Manage and prioritize reporting requests across functional teams, while coaching others on data best practices and empowering them to create and interpret their own reports.
•Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality in data outputs by applying statistical methods, identifying reporting gaps, and promoting standardized reporting practices across the organization.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
•Analytical and results-driven self-starter, comfortable working with large data sets; combines creativity with collaboration to deliver insights and solve complex problems.
•Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholder requests, including at senior levels, and provide trusted, data-driven recommendations.
•Proficient in Excel and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau; familiarity with SQL, Python, and modern data platforms like Databricks is desirable.
•Agile, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning; able to manage time effectively, switch focus quickly, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a dynamic environment.
