About you: 

You will be someone who can: 

  • Develop effective relationships with prospects, customers and Access sales team members to maximise all new business sales opportunities. 

  • Have a sound knowledge of the EarlyPay product & market and understand which of the Access products EarlyPay works with.  To be able to discuss/demonstrate the value proposition for the EarlyPay offering. 

  • Hit/exceed predetermined sales targets in line with company growth targets. 

  • Develop and implement a X-Sell strategy ensuring maximum customer penetration is achieved. 

  • Employs a range of skills & resources in the development of qualified leads. 

Day-to-day, you will: 

  • Responsibility for the Education of the Access Group sales team on EarlyPay and ensure they have the tools to present the initial value proposition 

  • Responsible for the total Access Group EarlyPay sales target and promote engagement across the sales teams in order to over achieve these targets 

  • Highlight Divisions and individuals that are not engaging and educate, train and encourage them to put forward the EarlyPay proposition 

  • Use the Total Addressable Market tool (TAM) to identify high value customers who have the greatest propensity for revenue generation, typically those clients with a large number of employees 

  • Effectively manage greenfield new business enquiries where there is no Access product attachment 

  • Work with marketing to ensure we have the very best client facing sales collateral and the sales people have the tools they need to support the sale 

  • Work with the EarlyPay product management team to further improve the product based on feedback from sales teams and customers 

  • Agreed pricing structure is adhered to.  Director sign off obtained & evidenced when non-standard pricing has been used to secure business. 

  • Be totally proficient and professional in presenting the complete EarlyPay proposition. 

  • Company is professionally represented face to face and in all contact (telephone/email/social media etc.) 

  • Effectively manage a pipeline of prospective clients. 

  • Salesforce is kept up to date with all opportunities in terms of pipeline, forecasting, stage management and committed monthly deals. 

  • Develop strong relationships to encourage sales people to promote EarlyPay products/services internally & within all networks/professional groups. 

  • Relevant reference sites provided. 

As a well-rounded Account Manager, your Skills and Experiences likely include:  

  • Degree qualified 

  • Previous experience in a B2B sales role. 

  • Previous field sales experience. 

  • SaaS software and/or sector sales experience. 

  • Able to work on own initiative. 

  • Self-motivated.  

  • Excellent time management skills. 

  • Ability to work as part of a small team. 

  • Able to prioritise a demanding workload. 

  • Excellent communication skills, telephone, email and written. 

  • Attention to detail.  

  • Act with integrity, loyalty and honesty. 

  • Develop positive relationships, co-operation with, and support for colleagues and clients. 

  • Demonstrate a positive approach. 

  • Show a commitment to self-development and lifelong learning.  

  • Travel and overnight stays where required.
