We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have one charity day allocated to support a cause that matters to you.     About you:  We are looking for a skilled UX designer, possessing a deep understanding of user needs and the skills and experience to build beautiful and effective user experiences. Your expertise in design thinking and user research allows you to uncover insights that inform your design decisions. You’re passionate about the craft of UX and consistently seeking to hone your skills, staying up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices. Day-to-day, you will:  •Follow the UX process and highlighting challenges within sprint team processes, suggesting areas of improvement to team leaders. Recruit and screen participants, scheduling sessions, and preparing research materials. Using and contributing to established participant lists. •Plan and conducting research to understand users' needs, motivations, and pain points, generating actionable insights for design decisions and improvements. Design interactions, creating visual designs, and prototyping flows and interactions across various platforms and devices. •Evaluate and validate designs through user testing as a standard practice across all projects, ensuring problems can be identified early, reducing the risk of usability issues and future development debt. •Contribute to the development of divisional tools such as personas, Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD) and journey maps etc. Your skills and experiences might also include:   •Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to contribute insights from a UX perspective. Facilitate internal and external workshops. •Communicate design decisions and present research findings to stakeholders in an engaging way using techniques such as storytelling. Take the initiative to suggest improvements and ideas within their sprint team. •Participate in the UX community to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment. •Contribute to our design systems and DesignOps initiatives.
